Returns & Reprints Policy

Because every Memorie Press product is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This includes orders with typos, spelling mistakes, image selection errors, or other customer-submitted details.

We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout, as all personalization is printed exactly as provided.

Free Reprints

While we don’t accept returns, we absolutely stand by the quality of our products. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ve got you covered.

We offer free reprints if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• There is a printing or production error
• The final product does not match your approved order due to a manufacturing issue

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
