How does it work?
Creating your own custom travel photobook is simple.

- Upload your travel photos.
- We automatically organize your memories into a professionally designed layout.
- Review your book and make any edits you'd like.
- Approve your design and we'll print and ship it to your door.
Most customers can create a beautiful travel book in just a few minutes.
Do I design the book myself?
No—our system does the heavy lifting.
Your photos are automatically arranged into thoughtfully designed layouts that tell the story of your trip. Before ordering, you'll be able to review every page and make changes if you'd like, including rearranging photos, adding and editing text, or swapping images.
Can I edit my book before it's printed?
Yes! Before your order is sent to print, you'll have the opportunity to review every page. You can adjust layouts, reorder photos, add captions, or make other changes until you're completely happy.
Can I use photos from my phone?
Absolutely. Modern smartphones take excellent photos, and most customers create their books entirely from iPhone or Android photos.
Can I include captions or notes?
Yes. You can personalize your book with trip titles, dates, captions, and other meaningful details before placing your order.

We're continuously adding new destinations! If your destination isn't available yet, join our mailing list and we'll let you know as new destinations get added. You can also request a destination by contacting us at hello@memoriepress.com.
What are the books made from?
What sizes are available?
We currently offer 2 sizes: small and large. Our small size is an A5 paper or 5.8" x 8.2". Think of this as more of a standard novel size. Our large size is an A4 paper or 8.3" x 11.7". This is a little bigger than a standard letter size.
We recommend our large size, as it allows you to enjoy your photos in a larger format.
Can I send a book as a gift?
Absolutely! Many customers create books as gifts for partners, parents, grandparents, or friends after a shared trip. Each book arrives professionally printed and ready to display on a coffee table or bookshelf.
Shipping & Returns
How long does production take?
Once you place your order, production typically takes 4–5 business days before your order ships.
During busy holiday periods, production may take slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer both standard shipping and express shipping.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently only ship within the United States, but we have plans to expand that soon.
What if there is a printing problem or arrives damaged?
If your book arrives with a manufacturing or printing defect, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll happily arrange a free replacement.
Can I return a personalized book?
Because every book is custom-made just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or customer errors such as typos, incorrect dates, or uploaded photos. Please take a moment to review your design carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or there's a printing issue, we'll make it right.
Privacy
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used only to create your book.
We never sell your images or use them for marketing without your permission.
How long are my photos stored?
Your uploaded photos are stored only as long as necessary to create and fulfill your order. After that, they're securely removed according to our data retention practices.
